Case studies from client work in automation, reporting, and systems documentation, mostly for coaching and consulting businesses.
Systems & Documentation The onboarding + invoicing system every one of my clients goes through, built around a 50/50 deposit
I got tired of re-explaining my own process every time someone new signed on, so I wrote it down. SOP-001 covers onboarding: intake form, contract, kickoff brief, shared workspace, the works. SOP-002 covers billing: 50/50 deposit, invoices numbered LMP-[YEAR]-[###], paid through Wise. Both are written so a client can actually read them, and so I don't have to re-explain a single step ever again.
Outcome
Onboarding got roughly 40% faster, and the "wait, when do I pay you" emails just... stopped.
Analytics & Reporting Turning GA4 into a report a coach with zero marketing background can actually use
Susan runs a coaching business for parents of kids with ADHD. She had GA4 running but no idea what any of it meant, which, honestly, is true for most people. I built her a monthly report that skips the jargon entirely: three sentences on what happened that month, where the traffic came from, what content worked, and one thing to actually do about it. It lives in a Looker Studio dashboard with a Notion summary attached, so she never has to open GA4 herself.
Outcome
She reviews her own numbers every month now, no call needed, and makes content decisions based on what's actually working instead of a gut feeling.
Project Management Project management and client-facing work for an operating system built for ADHD coaches
Coaches Flow Suite is an operating system built for ADHD coaches who are done improvising their business, one connected hub instead of eight tools and four logins that don't talk to each other. I came on as the project manager and the client-facing point of contact: keeping the build on track, translating between the client and the person actually wiring up the automations (that part's not my craft), and making sure what shipped matched how an ADHD brain actually works day to day. We didn't stop at the software either. There's a weekly rhythm built around it, live Monday planning calls, a wins channel, async accountability, because most coaches don't need another tool, they need someone making sure they actually use the one they have.
Outcome
Launched with tiers from a $79/mo beta intro up to a $349/mo white-label plan, capped to the first 10-15 members while the system proved itself before opening up further.
Frontend Development A peso-native debt calculator I built for myself that a few hundred strangers ended up using too
I built this for myself first, every debt calculator online assumes you're dealing in dollars, and I wasn't. You put in your debts and a monthly budget, and it shows you Avalanche versus Snowball side by side: total interest, months until you're debt-free, all of it. Everything runs in your browser and nothing gets sent anywhere, because it's genuinely none of my business what your balances are.
Outcome
Shared it in two Filipino personal-finance communities and had 200+ people using it within the first month.
