Funnels & Landing Pages

Lead-magnet and webinar funnels

Opt-in, registration and checkout pages for coaches, wired to follow-up emails from the first click.

My role
Funnel builder and automation lead
Built in
Kajabi, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io

The problem

Most coaches I talk to don't have a traffic problem or an offer problem. They have a gap. Someone clicks, signs up for the free training, and then nothing happens until the coach remembers to send an email.

That gap is where leads go cold. The job on these projects is to close it, so the first click, the thank-you page and the first email feel like one continuous thing.

What I built

  1. Start with the offer, not the page

Before I open a builder I write down who the page is for, what they get, and the one thing they should do next. If I can't say that in two sentences, the page isn't ready to be designed.

  2. Build only the pages the funnel needs

Opt-in, registration, thank-you, and a checkout when there's something to buy. I build in whatever the coach already pays for, whether that's Kajabi, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels or Systeme.io, so they don't have to learn a new tool.

  3. Wire the follow-up from the first click

A signup tags the contact, records where they came from, and starts a welcome sequence on its own. Webinar funnels get reminder emails before the live session and a replay after, so nobody depends on the coach hitting send.

  4. Test it like a stranger

Before launch I submit every form, open every email on my phone, and click every link, including the booking link. Most funnel problems are a broken link or a missing tag, and they're a lot cheaper to find before the first real lead.

What changed

The result is a funnel that keeps working while the coach is busy coaching. A new lead gets a confirmation and a welcome email within minutes, and the coach can see which post or page they came from.

The numbers I track on each build are signups, show-up rate for webinars, and booked calls. They depend on the offer and the audience, so I report them per project instead of promising one up front.
